Summary
This study tests whether a single, low dose of radiation to all visible tumors can help immunotherapy work again in people with advanced esophageal cancer that stopped responding to initial treatment. About 32 adults will receive the radiation and continue their current immunotherapy drug. The goal is to see if this combination can slow cancer growth and improve survival.
