Could low-dose radiation boost cancer treatment before surgery?

Summary

This study compares two treatment approaches for people with operable head and neck squamous cell carcinoma. One group receives low-dose radiotherapy plus targeted therapy and immunotherapy before surgery, while the other gets only targeted therapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if adding radiation helps shrink tumors more effectively. About 98 adults aged 18 and older will participate.
