NCT ID NCT05621096

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 09, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This early-phase study looks at whether giving low-dose radiation before CAR T-cell therapy is practical and safe for people with B-cell lymphoma that has come back or not responded to treatment. About 33 adults will receive radiation to bridge them to a CAR T-cell infusion. The main goal is to see if most patients can complete the full treatment plan and to monitor for serious side effects like cytokine release syndrome.
