Summary
This study is testing whether a low-dose fisetin supplement (100 mg daily for 7 weeks) is safe and can reduce signs of aging in healthy adults aged 50 and older. Researchers will measure inflammation and other aging markers in 120 volunteers. The goal is to see if this popular 'anti-aging' supplement has real benefits in humans.
