Summary

This study is testing a new, quick iPad-based tool called ToolboxDetect to help primary care doctors spot early signs of memory and thinking problems in older adults during their annual wellness visits. It aims to see if this 7-8 minute test is better than usual care at finding cognitive decline early so people can get help sooner. The trial involves over 41,000 people aged 65+ across many different clinics.
