Summary
This study watches 50 adults with moderate-to-severe Crohn's disease or ulcerative colitis who are already starting guselkumab as part of their normal care. Researchers will track how long patients continue the drug in everyday life, not in a controlled trial. The goal is to understand real-world treatment patterns, not to test a new therapy.
