Major trial launches to fight debilitating long COVID brain fog and fatigue

Summary
This study is testing if a medication called baricitinib can help people suffering from Long COVID. It will involve 550 adults who have had symptoms like brain fog, fatigue, and shortness of breath for at least six months after a COVID-19 infection. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the real drug or a placebo for six months to see if it improves their thinking, physical function, and quality of life.
