Can a 12-Week home workout beat long COVID?
NCT ID NCT05566483
Summary
This study is testing whether a 12-week home exercise program can help people with Long COVID feel better and improve their ability to do daily activities. Researchers will compare a group doing the exercise program to a group receiving their usual care. The goal is to see if this specific type of gentle, recumbent exercise can reduce common Long COVID symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, and exercise intolerance.
