First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 28 times
Summary
This study tests whether combining two targeted drugs—loncastuximab tesirine and mosunetuzumab—can shrink or eliminate tumors in people with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. About 36 adults will receive the drug combination, and researchers will monitor side effects and how many patients achieve a complete or partial response. The goal is to find a more effective option for this aggressive blood cancer.
