New combo therapy aims to stop aggressive lymphoma relapse
NCT ID NCT06271057
First seen Jun 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding a drug called golcadomide after standard CAR T-cell therapy can prevent aggressive large B-cell lymphoma from returning in patients at high risk of relapse. About 65 adults will receive golcadomide for 24 weeks starting 5 days after their CAR T-cell infusion. The main goal is to see if more patients achieve a complete response (no cancer detected) at 3 months.
