Summary

This study tests whether a smartphone app powered by artificial intelligence can help adults recover after heart surgery. 500 patients will either use the app plus standard care or standard care alone. The app gives personalized advice on medications, warning signs, and rehab exercises. The goal is to see if it reduces serious heart problems and improves quality of life over one year.
