Summary

This study tests a home-based program called LiverWatch for people with advanced liver disease (cirrhosis). Participants get a Fitbit, personalized nutrition advice, and weekly education. The goal is to see if this helps improve physical activity, diet, and overall well-being. About 110 adults with cirrhosis will take part.
