First seen Feb 19, 2026 · Last updated Jun 11, 2026 · Updated 13 times

Summary

This study looked at how a single injection of the experimental drug NNC0194-0499 behaves in people with different levels of liver function, from healthy to severely impaired. The drug is being developed for non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and its more serious form, NASH. 33 adults received one shot, and researchers measured drug levels and safety over about two months. The goal was to understand how liver problems affect the drug, not to treat the disease.
