Triple attack: virus therapy plus two drugs targets liver tumors

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment for colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. The treatment combines a modified virus (BioTTT001) with two drugs (toripalimab and regorafenib) to attack the cancer. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose. About 60 adults who have already tried other treatments will take part.
