First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated Jun 07, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment for people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and hasn't responded to standard therapies. The treatment combines a modified virus (BioTTT001) that targets cancer cells, with two drugs (toripalimab and regorafenib) that boost the immune system and block tumor growth. The main goals are to check safety and find the best dose, with 60 adults aged 18-70 participating.
