Summary
This study aimed to understand how a drug called palovarotene is processed by the body in people with moderate or severe liver impairment, compared to people with healthy livers. It involved 31 adult participants who were divided into groups based on their liver function. The main goal was to measure drug levels in the blood and check for safety after a single dose.
