500 patients to reveal hidden liver risks after stem cell transplants

Summary

This study follows 500 adults and children who are getting a stem cell transplant to see how their liver health changes over 4 years. Researchers will use blood tests, imaging, and liver biopsies to track liver problems. The goal is to understand why some people develop liver issues after transplant, but no new treatments are being tested.
