Summary
This trial tests whether adding liver-directed chemotherapy (GEMOX) to a two-drug immunotherapy regimen (durvalumab plus tremelimumab) improves outcomes for people with advanced liver cancer that has a high tumor burden. About 196 participants will be randomly assigned to receive immunotherapy alone or with the chemo infusion. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks tumors and extends survival.
