Liver cancer treatment dilemma: cut it out or keep treating?

NCT ID NCT07410715

Summary

This study aims to determine whether patients with liver cancer who respond well to initial drug therapy should undergo surgery to remove remaining tumors or continue with ongoing drug treatment. Researchers will follow 100 patients across multiple hospitals to see which approach better controls the cancer and prevents it from returning. The goal is to provide clearer guidance for doctors and patients facing this difficult treatment decision.
