New blood test could predict liver Cancer's return after surgery

Summary
This study is testing a new blood test that detects tiny amounts of leftover cancer cells after liver cancer surgery. Researchers want to see if this test can better predict which patients' cancer will return and identify who might benefit from additional immunotherapy treatment. The study will follow 276 patients who have had surgery for liver cancer and are at higher risk of recurrence.
