Summary

This study tests a combination of chemotherapy infused directly into the liver artery plus two oral drugs (lenvatinib and cadonilimab) in 42 adults with liver cancer that cannot be removed surgically. The goal is to shrink tumors enough so that patients can then receive curative treatments like surgery, ablation, or a liver transplant. The study is currently active but no longer recruiting new participants.
