Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of three immunotherapy drugs, with or without a targeted liver procedure called TACE, can help control advanced liver cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can stop the cancer from getting worse for at least six months and help people live longer. It is for adults whose cancer is not suitable for surgery or transplant.
