Summary

This study compares two common mood stabilizers—lithium and lamotrigine—in 200 adults with bipolar II disorder. Over six months, participants will track their daily mood using a smartphone app to see which drug provides better mood stability. The goal is to find out which treatment works best for managing this condition.
