This study tests whether adding a four-week aerobic exercise program to a new antipsychotic medication (olanzapine-samidorphan) can prevent the early weight gain often seen with these drugs. Thirty adults with schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, or bipolar disorder will take the medication for eight weeks and exercise for the first four weeks.
