Summary

This study tests whether Listerine or Chlorhexidine mouthwash works better to control gum inflammation and plaque in people undergoing orthodontic treatment with braces. Sixty participants aged 13-40 will use one of the two rinses, and their gum health will be checked at the start, after 2 weeks, and after 4 weeks. The goal is to find which mouthwash is more effective and has fewer side effects.
