Could a common heart pill clear lupus brain fog?

Summary
This study tests whether lisinopril, a blood pressure drug that works in the brain, can improve memory and concentration problems in people with lupus. About 36 adults with lupus will take either lisinopril or another similar drug for 12 months. Researchers will measure changes in brain activity and thinking skills.
