First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 18, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a new drug called lisaftoclax to standard BTK inhibitor therapy helps people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL) live longer without their cancer getting worse. About 400 adults who have been on a BTK inhibitor for at least 12 months will be randomly assigned to either continue their current BTK inhibitor alone or add lisaftoclax. The main goal is to see if the combination delays cancer progression.
