Summary
This Phase 2 trial tests a combination of two drugs, venetoclax and acalabrutinib, in 60 adults with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) whose cancer returned after initial treatment with venetoclax plus an antibody. Participants first take acalabrutinib alone for 2 cycles, then add venetoclax for 24 more cycles.
