Summary
This study tests a new device that prepares blood samples for liquid biopsy, a method to detect cancer cells and DNA in the blood. Researchers will enroll 45 people—20 healthy volunteers and 25 with metastatic breast cancer—to see if the device works well. The goal is to improve how we collect and analyze blood for cancer diagnosis and monitoring.
