Chatbot coach for cancer care: new study tests digital sidekick for lung patients

Summary

This study tests a LINE chatbot that gives visual, interactive tips to help lung cancer patients handle side effects from their targeted therapy. About 178 adults with advanced lung cancer will either get usual care or also access the chatbot. The goal is to see if the chatbot boosts patients' ability to manage their own symptoms and improves their quality of life.
