Summary
This study aimed to find the most effective dose and timing of light therapy to improve sleep for people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers tested bright white light versus dim red light at different times of day with 203 participants over 16 weeks. The goal was to see which approach best reduced sleep problems and fatigue without using medications.
