Summary
This study looks at whether a light fasting diet combined with magnesium supplements can improve cholesterol levels and reduce inflammation in women with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS). 46 women will be randomly assigned to receive either the diet plus magnesium or a placebo for 8 weeks. The goal is to see if this simple approach can help manage PCOS-related health risks.
