Summary
This study aimed to understand how different types of light exposure affect feelings of tiredness and mental performance after a night without sleep. Researchers tested 18 healthy young adults to see if light could help counteract the effects of sleep loss. The goal was to gather knowledge that could later help people with sleep disorders or those facing unavoidable sleep restrictions.
