New study tests counseling and exercise combo for latina cancer survivors

Summary
This study looks at whether combining a stepped-care mental health program with an exercise plan can improve mood and physical activity in Latina cancer survivors. Twenty women who are currently in or recently finished cancer treatment will take part. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helpful for this group.
