This study tests whether a 12-month program focusing on diet, exercise, and other healthy habits can improve blood markers in people with MGUS or smoldering myeloma, two early stages of a blood cancer. Researchers will track changes in protein levels in 67 adults over a year. The goal is to see if lifestyle changes can help control the disease and prevent it from getting worse.
