Summary
This study tested a lifestyle program called 'Fit Mind' to see if it could lower factors linked to Alzheimer's disease risk in older adults. The 8-session program included brain games, physical activity, nutrition tips, and social activities. Researchers compared changes in risk scores between seniors who did the program and those who continued their usual nursing home routines.
