First seen Apr 14, 2026 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a strict low-carbohydrate diet combined with lifestyle guidance can help obese men (BMI 30 or higher) lose weight and improve their fertility. About 98 men aged 22-40 and their partners will take part. The goal is to see if weight loss leads to better sperm quality and higher success rates with fertility treatments like IVF or artificial insemination.
