Exercise during pregnancy may boost mental health, stanford study finds

Summary

This study tests whether a physical activity program can improve mood and reduce stress in pregnant people who have symptoms of depression or anxiety. About 88 participants will be randomly assigned to either the exercise program or usual care. The main goal is to see if the program lowers depression scores by the end of the study.
