Exercise during pregnancy may ease depression and anxiety

Summary

This study looks at whether a physical activity program can help pregnant people who have symptoms of depression or anxiety feel better. Researchers will measure changes in mood and stress markers. About 88 participants will be randomly assigned to the activity program or usual care.
