First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 14, 2026 · Updated 22 times
Summary
This study tests whether a 6-month lifestyle program—including a low-carb diet, physical activity, sleep tips, and counseling—can help adults with type 2 diabetes achieve remission (normal blood sugar without medication). About 120 adults aged 18-80 with a BMI over 27 will take part. The goal is to see if remission lasts for a year after the program ends.
