First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether a herbal medicine called Lifei Qingchang Granules can improve breathing and quality of life in people with stable bronchiectasis, a chronic lung condition. About 150 adults aged 18-75 who have had at least one flare-up in the past year will take either the granules or a placebo for 3 months, alongside standard chest clearance therapy. The main goal is to see if the treatment reduces symptoms like cough and shortness of breath.
