Summary

This study tests whether giving a continuous lidocaine drip during thyroid surgery can improve anesthesia depth and reduce side effects like nausea and low blood pressure. About 100 adults having open thyroid surgery with nerve monitoring will take part. The goal is to see if lidocaine helps patients stay still and recover more comfortably.
