Summary

This study tests a short, acceptance-based behavioral therapy to help LGBTQ+ people who have mild anxiety or depression after the COVID-19 pandemic. About 240 adults will either receive this therapy or their usual care. The goal is to see if the therapy reduces symptoms and improves social support.
