First seen Jan 27, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 11 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a supplement called Levagen+® (made from palmitoylethanolamide, or PEA) can help trained cyclists recover from a week of intense training. Twenty healthy cyclists aged 18-50 will take the supplement for 45 days and complete cycling tests and questionnaires. The goal is to see if it improves performance, sleep, muscle soreness, and stress levels compared to no supplement.
