Leukemia profiling could match kids to targeted therapies
NCT ID NCT02670525
First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 20 times
Summary
This study looks at whether specialized testing (leukemia profiling) can help find targeted treatments for children and young adults up to age 30 with recurrent, hard-to-treat leukemias or myelodysplastic syndrome. An expert panel reviews the test results and may recommend a specific therapy or clinical trial. The goal is to learn how often these tests can identify a treatment option, not to directly test a new drug.
