Timing leucine intake may unlock stronger muscles in seniors

Summary
This study looks at 10 healthy men aged 65-75 to find out when taking leucine (a protein building block) after exercise works best for building muscle. Participants will take leucine either with a meal or between meals. The goal is to learn the optimal timing to help prevent age-related muscle loss, known as sarcopenia.
