First seen Apr 20, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 6 times

Summary

This study tests whether a diet low in leucine (an amino acid) is safe and helps standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy work better for people with advanced stomach cancer. About 73 adults aged 18-70 with metastatic disease will follow this special diet alongside their treatment. Researchers hope this approach will shrink tumors, improve survival, and activate the immune system against cancer.
