Summary
This study tests whether the antiviral drug letermovir can prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in children and teens after a stem cell transplant. Participants will take letermovir as a preventive measure, and researchers will compare infection rates to expected rates without the drug. The goal is to reduce the risk of serious CMV-related illness in this vulnerable group.
