Summary
This study tests whether the antiviral drug letermovir can prevent cytomegalovirus (CMV) infection in children and teens who have had a stem cell transplant. About 105 participants aged 2 to 17 will receive letermovir and be monitored for 14 weeks. The goal is to see if the drug lowers the chance of serious CMV infection compared to expected rates without it.
