New drug combo aims to shrink plasma cell tumors

Summary
This study tests whether combining two drugs (lenalidomide and CC-486) with radiation therapy is safe and works well for people with plasmacytoma, a tumor made of plasma cells. About 21 adults with newly diagnosed or returning plasmacytoma will take part. The main goal is to see if the tumor disappears completely after 6 treatment cycles.
