NCT ID NCT07366294

Summary

This study tested whether using lemongrass in an inhaler or as a scented vapor could help adult smokers feel less dependent on nicotine. Researchers compared 200 young adult smokers who used lemongrass products to a group that did not. They checked if it changed cravings, stress levels, sleep, and certain health markers in the blood.
