Summary

This study tests whether the sleep medication lemborexant can help both sleep problems and movement difficulties in people with Parkinson's disease. Researchers will enroll 44 adults aged 50 and older with Parkinson's and insomnia. The goal is to see if improving sleep also leads to better motor function.
